The Team Leader for our IL based delivery team manages all regional customer implementation projects and related support. This position is responsible for the direct support of all technology users providing expert technical support and guidance to Glassbox Enterprise customers and is responsible for the resolution of any technical, logistical, networking, or staffing problems that may arise and part of the deployment and support. The Team Leader is expected to consult with customers, prioritize workload based on urgency and complexity and plan resources accordingly. The Team Leader assists in the development and management of budgets, short and long-term planning, and identification of trends and issues related to technology support.
