The Product Manager is responsible for defining the product strategy and lead the requirements of the next generation of the Glassbox platform. The Product Manager will work on refining the platform strategy to align with overall organizational goals and drive the product specification. The role will require the person to understand various technology, especially around web, mobile and machine learning.
Aggregate market requirements into detailed product requirements and monitor their effective implementation
Analyze customers system usage and understand product inefficiencies. Lead the change of product inefficiencies along with new and innovative agenda.
Drive machine learning activities and take the ML automatic insights into actionable business insights
Define and analyze metrics to measure the success of products
At least 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager of modern web applications, with proven success in delivering products
Tech-savvy with strong understanding of the latest mobile and web technologies
Experience working in B2B, SaaS and Marketing platforms
Passion for combining technology and design to create excellent user experience
Familiarity with APM, Journey mapping, Online Marketing and eCommerce
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to cooperate in a cross-functional team environment spread across many departments, while driving for desired outcomes.
Gather market requirements by conducting market research supported by on-going dialog with customer prospects and other market players
Exceptional at planning, setting expectations, making and meeting commitments
Software Engineering background – an advantage
Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferable in Computer science/Business
