Global Product Marketing

About The Position

You are a creative and quantitative thinker, familiar with Enterprise Software product/solution Marketing. You will be a leader on the Marketing team, reporting to the Global VP Marketing and responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of our solutions. You will be expected to be our chief advocate for their benefits and functionalities.


Study company products

Translate technical details into benefits for Glassbox users and their business

Market intelligence—be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria.

Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.

Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the whowhatwhen and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.

Together with the R&D and Product teams, create sales supporting collateral – Eg. Solution Brochures, Solution and Road map presentations, Collateral for Partners

Cooperate with our Marketing Life cycle Director and create content (e.g. product videos, website copy, blog posts, webinars etc.) to articulate the benefits of our solutions to the world. 

Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)

Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)

Create 2 free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include e-books, whitepapers, infographics, guides, etc.).

Work with our Customers Success team to create case studies and with our Customers to get success story approvals.

Enable both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and benefits.

Deliver training and sales tools to our Partners to help them be more efficient and effective.

Collect and analyse data that supports our solutions in the market to buyers.

Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements and written works.


English native speaker – a MUST

International Experience – a MUST

BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience, MBA preferred

7-10 years product marketing experience in B2B software technology industry – a MUST

Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack and Sales force.

Familiar with marketing automation and analytics tools such as Pardot and Google Analytics.

Experience in digital - an advantage

Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working

Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.

Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player!
