About The Position

We are a startup company dealing with Big Data Analytics and Digital Customer Experience Management and are looking for a talented Regional Account Manager. Role will include developing mid to high- level key accounts within a defined territory as well as further advancing develop some existing opportunities and accounts. Present, communicate and sell the business value proposition to all levels of stakeholders

  • Build and maintain a consistently healthy pipeline by sourcing and securing qualified sales opportunities within the territory
  • Establishing relationships with key interfaces of targeted account and setting the strategy for account prospecting to closing 
  • Stay up-to-date with the industry and product best practices to be a subject matter expert for customers
  • Being the focal and contact point for the all internal and external interfaces
  • Work direct and indirect opportunities to best facilitate the sales cycle and business strategy
  • Research accounts to understand need, enable effective follow up, and generate interest
  • Ensure effective and accurate forecast of selling and buying activities, pipeline velocity, client interaction and feedback
  • Serve as Glassbox’s ambassador by attending tradeshows and conferences

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree

·       5+ Years of experience selling SaaS products to enterprises (Finance, Retail, Hospitality etc.) on all level of the organization

·       Proven track record of quota attainment and over-achievement

·       Hunter mentality, eager to set new standards

·       Highly skilled negotiator

·       Team player with the passion to collaborate with others

·       Proactive, strategic thinker with the capability to take initiative and execute it

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Ability to thrive in dynamic and adaptive work environments

·       Tech savvy with a good business acumen

·       Well organized with time management skills

·       50% travel
