Senior Sales Director – Strategic Accounts

About The Position

We are dealing with Big Data Analytics and Digital Customer Experience Management and looking for a go- getter Senior Sales Director. Role will include managing several highly strategic existing accounts and further develop top opportunities and accounts. Customers list includes leading global organizations that use our solutions to optimize their company’s performance on all levels.

·        Generate and support the generation of leads to further grow within penetrate the accounts at the relevant levels within the organization

·        Present, communicate and sell the business value proposition to all levels of stakeholders

·        Design and set the path to closure and key tactical steps for each account

·        Maximizing customer retention by proactively leading the entire customer journey diligently

·        Being the focal and contact point for the all internal and external interfaces

·        Collaborate and engage with different parts of the organization to maximize the support and development of the account

·        Develop and expand customer relationship within the accounts

·        Ensure effective and accurate forecast of selling and buying activities, pipeline velocity, client interaction and feedback

·        Be the voice of the client and support product development roadmap

·        Stay up-to-date with the industry and product best practices to be a subject matter expert for customers.


·       Bachelor’s degree

·       10+ Years of experience selling SaaS products to major enterprises (Finance, Retail, Hospitality etc.) on all level of the organization

·       Hunter mentality, eager to overachieve goals and set new standards

·       Extensive strategic negotiation skills

·       Team player with the passion to collaborate with others

·       Proactive, strategic thinker with the capability to take initiative and execute it

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Ability to thrive in dynamic and adaptive work environments

·       Tech savvy with a good business acumen

·       Well organized with time management skills

·       50% travel
