About The Position

Glassbox US is currently seeking an energetic and experienced Inside Sales professional to join our growing team.

This person will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Clearly and effectively articulate the Glassbox value proposition
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Researching accounts, identifying key players and generating interest
  • Maintaining and expanding database of prospects within assigned territory
  • Teaming with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas
  • Setting meetings and providing internal support to the sales process
  • Qualifying leads and leading market research
  • Strategically prospect, develop, and qualify leads
  • Ability to lead sales presentations, both over the phone and in-person
  • Constantly build, manage, and expand a pipeline of qualified potential clients
  • Expert using Social Media to magnify online presence


  • 3+ years relevant experience in a B2B sales role in the tech industry
  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience with CRM platforms and online database search tools is a must (Salesforce, Discover,CRM).
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethics
  • Self-starter and goal-oriented
  • Effective at building relationships with prospects
  • Ability to adapt/shift to evolving business landscape/ fast paced environment
  • Ability to communicate with a wide-range of internal and external stakeholders and departments.
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable with high volume of cold calling
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
