What You Will Do
- E2E responsibility for employee life cycle of our employees and managers in the US region.
- Manage the local Ops & HR representative
- Be the HR ambassador in the region, contributing to the overall Global HR team efforts
- Consult and optimize org changes decided by HR leadership on a global and local scale
- Working closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity, ensure effective communication and team collaboration
- Strategic partnership with our C&B, TA, LD&OD functions, and other regional HRBPs to ensure alignment and partnership in executing Global HR initiatives.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, related field or professional experience equivalent. HR certificate strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience. 2+ years of demonstrated business partner experience is required
- Experience working for SaaS/ Tech companies with employees working remotely across the US
- Experience being a part of a global HR team, working with stakeholders across the globe.
