What You Will Do 

  • E2E responsibility for employee life cycle of our employees and managers in the US region.
  • Manage the local Ops & HR representative
  • Be the HR ambassador in the region, contributing to the overall Global HR team efforts
  • Consult and optimize org changes decided by HR leadership on a global and local scale
  • Working closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity, ensure effective communication and team collaboration
  • Strategic partnership with our C&B, TA, LD&OD functions, and other regional HRBPs to ensure alignment and partnership in executing Global HR initiatives.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, related field or professional experience equivalent. HR certificate strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience. 2+ years of demonstrated business partner experience is required
  • Experience working for SaaS/ Tech companies with employees working remotely across the US
  • Experience being a part of a global HR team, working with stakeholders across the globe.
  • High work ethic, hardworking and a true passion for people
  • Adaptable to change and pivot plans
  • Sharp learning skills and capabilities
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to conduct with a high level of discretion, respect for confidentiality
