Yaron Morgenstern has been the Chief Executive Officer at Glassbox Ltd since October 2015.
Yaron served as General Manager of Financial Markets Compliance at NICE Systems. He led both the NICE Trading Floors & NICE Actimize Capital Markets Compliance groups, and was responsible for the execution of the unique Holistic Surveillance vision that combines trade and communication surveillance capabilities. Yaron oversaw product creation, solution delivery, go-to-market planning, and client relationship management activities across NICE compliance solutions. He was responsible for growing market-leading position and ensuring continuous innovation, decision making, and agility to meet the needs of financial firms around the world.
Prior to that, Yaron held the positions of Vice President of Strategic Initiatives & Operations at NICE Systems. Before joining NICE Systems, he served as Director of Corporate Development & Strategy at Amdocs.

Yoav Schreiber has almost 15 years of leadership experience in the high-tech industry – from start-ups to publicly-traded companies.
Before co-founding Glassbox, Yoav led Development and Product groups at Mercury and then at Hewlett-Packard (HP). Yaron Gueta brings over a decade of research and development experience to Glassbox.
Prior to co-founding the company, Yaron was a research and development manager at Hewlett-Packard/Mercury, where he led development of the Real User Monitor product line from initial design to multi-million-dollar annual sales. Hanan BlumsteinChief Product & Customer Success Officer
Before co-founding Glassbox, Hanan Blumstein chalked up over 15 years’ high-tech experience, with successful start-ups and publicly-traded corporations.
Previously, Hanan was Research and Development Manager and Functional Architect for Hewlett-Packard/Mercury, where he was responsible for development of the HP SOA solution and other patent-pending innovations, as well as leading development of the company’s End User Management application. Earlier in his career, Hanan held key roles in product development for ECtel/Neteye, Amdocs and Motorola.

Audelia BokerVP Marketing
Audelia Boker joined Glassbox in January 2016 after spending over 17 years in Israel’s largest FMCG and flagship tech companies, including Strauss-Elite, Orange (now Partner), Comverse (now Xura) and NICE Systems.
Equally at home with storytelling as with crunching analytical data, Audelia’s international background and leadership abilities have recently brought her back to Europe, where she grew up. Her most recent role was in London, where she headed Demand Generation for EMEA at NICE Systems, managing inside sales teams as well as the Enterprise integrated off-line and online marketing strategy and execution for the company across Europe.
Before this, Audelia ran a team of marketing managers and had global responsibility over the Real-Time Solutions product marketing activities, significantly contributing to the success of the fastest growing business within NICE’s Enterprise portfolio.

Steve DiEugenio joined Glassbox early 2017 and brings 2 decades of leadership, innovation and value creation.
Over the course of Steve’s career, Steve has ridden the wave of VOIP, Mobile, Cloud and now will focus on leading the Glassbox US Operations to the cap of Digital Transformation, Web Analytics and the Optimization of End User Experience. Steve has a long history of revenue creation including managing the Cisco OEM for Radvision (RVSN) that created over a billion dollars in revenue and summited with an IPO in early 2000. In his last role, VP Sales Americas, Steve took GigaSpaces Technology’s, another Israeli Start up, from the financial collapse of 2008 to more than 10 times revenues, series B funding, and landed major accounts like AT&T and Bank of America. Steve is now focused on leading the charge of the Glassbox Team in the Americas and repeating his pattern of success taking incredible innovative technology and selling to Tier 1 players in Fintech, Transportation, E-comm and Insurance verticals.

Simon CroweEMEA Sales Director
Simon joined Glassbox Digital during the Summer of 2017 and brings in excess of 10 years’ experience in the digital space.
Simon has developed a successful career in commercial and leadership roles. Specifically, within pre-IPO businesses, he has been involved in a number of technology areas including Networking, Telecoms, Behavioural Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. Hila BazarGlobal VP HR
Hila joined Glassbox at the beginning of 2018.
She brings over 17 years of experience in various Human Resources roles, both in large organizations such as HP Mercury, Nokia Siemens Networks and in startups. She has consistently demonstrated her passion for working with people and helping them grow. In her last role as Global HR Director at NextNine, Hila established the global HR department from the ground up and managed it for 4 years, defining the management and development strategy of the company’s human capital (organizational development, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee recruitment and retention, etc.). She was also instrumental in defining the company’s identity and values in line with the business strategy,
